I was featured in Library Journal this month - and I made sure to get a plug in there for Coda & this blog. Check it out at the bottom of this page.

Coda in the fall

Of course the original has more leaves around Coda - but you get the idea.

Coda's the Daily Puppy
Looking for a fun RSS feed to subscribe to? Try the Daily Puppy - and while you're at it check out my little angel - she's was the Daily Puppy a couple of days ago - I couldn't get on to post then. Make sure you rate her highly :)

Coda & the couch
Coda recently learned how to jump up on the couch ... and she's taking advantage of it ... unfortunately she can't jump down yet ;)
So when I'm on my laptop she likes to jump up and step all over and and paw at the mouse to get my to pay attention to her instead :)

Exercise Restriction
Geeze! Our little angel has been limping around for about a month now ... now we're not bad parents, it's just that she keeps getting better and then worse again. Anyway we went to the vet and they put her on exercise restriction ... can you image what my house is like right now with a one year old pup crying because no one will walk her or play with her? I feel so bad :(
I know it's been a while since I've added some pictures, I'll try and get some up here for everyone to see this weekend.

Coda & the car
Coda has finally gotten big enough to stick her head out of the window when we're in the car. She get up on the window and barks at the passing cars... the thing is, she's too scared to keep her head out of the window. It's kind of cute to see her jumping back and forth, up and down to keep her eyes on all of the cars on both sides of us ...
This excitement can keep her moving for a whole 2 hour car ride ... it's one of the best ways to make her good and tired :)

Please Don't Go Mommy
This morning, my little darling did the cutest thing ... so cute I almost called out of work to stay home with her!
It was time for me to get my shoes on and leave for work (Bri was already at work). I was standing in the living room listening to one last news report and she came up to me and rested her head against my leg. I leaned over to pet her ... she looked up at me with those eyes of hers and I had to kneel down on the floor to be closer to her. She then proceeds to lay down on my long skirt and close to me as she could. She knew it was time for me to go and she was going to do anything to make me forget that! What a smart little cookie we have :)

Find our baby ...
Can you tell which one of these pups belongs to us ... if you thought it was the one with the crowd ... you were wrong :) Look in the back right ... there she is watching all of the commotion. You can barely tell, but all of the big pups are trying to get a sniff of Abby, a 9 week old pup. You can see her cute little tail in the bottom left.
Coda pretty much stayed on the outskirts of any activity, but made sure to watch carefully :) I think she had fun, even if she didn't actually play with any of the other pups.
